Yes. Our engineers visit offices and homes across Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai and Kalyan–Dombivli. If a repair needs workshop tools, we carry the machine to our Thane centre and return it once tested. You can also bring it directly to our Thane or Bhandup office.

What is the difference between per-call repair and an AMC?
With per-call repair you pay for each visit and the parts used, which suits homes and small offices with a few machines. An Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) is a fixed yearly charge that covers scheduled preventive maintenance and breakdown calls at an agreed response time. Comprehensive AMCs also cover spare parts, and AMC customers get priority response and standby units.
Do I get a quotation before the repair?
Yes. We diagnose the fault first and share a quotation for parts and labour. No repair starts without your approval. Under an AMC, visits and labour are already covered by the contract.
Can you recover data from a crashed hard disk?
In many cases, yes. We assess the disk and tell you honestly what can be recovered before you commit. Because recovery is never guaranteed, we also set up scheduled backups so that a future failure does not put your business data at risk.
Do you support servers and office networks, not just PCs?
Yes. We maintain servers and workstations, set up and repair LAN and Wi-Fi networks, and can station a resident engineer at larger offices. Our software support team also works alongside our hardware engineers when an issue spans both.
