BhoomiHR is a modern, web-based HR and payroll platform for end-to-end employee pay processing, attendance, leave and statutory compliance. With flexible earning and deduction heads, multi-template payslips, and native support for multiple companies, branches and locations, it fits organisations from a 15-person office to a multi-shift factory, accessed from any browser, with a companion mobile app for your employees.
BhoomiHR handles salary, arrears, increments, overtime, loans and advances, bonus and the full statutory set: Income Tax and Form 16A, Provident Fund with EPFO ECR export, ESIC and Profession Tax. Punches from biometric terminals and the mobile app flow through your shift and leave rules into payroll, so salaries, payslips and returns are generated from real attendance data with minimal effort from your HR and Accounts teams.

BhoomiHR resolves every employee’s day from the raw punches using the rules you set once. These are the controls HR actually uses.
Shifts and rosters
- User-defined shifts with punch windows before and after shift time
- Shift planner: assign a shift per employee, per date

Which statutory returns and forms does BhoomiHR handle?
All the core Indian payroll statutes are built in: Provident Fund (monthly PF reports, Forms 3A, 6A, 12A, 5 and 10, PF challan and EPFO ECR text / CSV export), ESIC (monthly reports, challan, Forms 5 and 6 and ESIC ECR export), Profession Tax (state-wise slabs and PT register) and Income Tax (projection, monthly TDS and Form 16A). Everything is parameter-driven, so rates and slabs are updated as regulations change.
Does it integrate with biometric attendance machines?
Yes. Fingerprint, face and RFID card terminals send punches to the device-server software on your network, and BhoomiHR syncs them on a schedule or on demand. Your shift, grace, weekly-off and leave rules turn the punches into a day-wise register that feeds leave and salary, so payroll is generated from real attendance data.
Can shifts, grace periods and weekly offs be configured?
Yes. Shifts carry their own timings, grace minutes, breaks and weekly offs, including 1st/3rd Saturday and alternate-week patterns, and can be planned per employee per date or picked automatically from the first punch. If your staff work rotating or overnight patterns, tell us during the demo so we can map them correctly.
What happens when an employee forgets to punch out?
The day is flagged as OUT punch missing instead of being silently marked absent. HR enters the missed punch or edits the day's code, and the correction is kept in the audit trail even if the month is recalculated.
How are overtime and late marks handled in salary?
Late and early minutes are computed for every day against the shift's grace time, and late-mark or absent penalties are deducted as without-pay days. Overtime hours are entered or approved by HR in BhoomiHR and paid at your OT rate in the salary run.
Do employees get a mobile app?
Yes. The BhoomiHR employee self-service app for Android and iOS lets staff punch attendance from the field with GPS, apply for leave and track approvals, view and download payslips, submit income-tax declarations and update personal details, which cuts routine requests to your HR desk.
Can it handle multiple companies, branches and locations?
Yes. BhoomiHR is multi-company and multi-branch by design, mirroring your real structure of companies, branches, regions, departments, grades, designations and categories, with role-based access so each user sees only their scope. Biometric devices are registered per branch and one server collects every location.
Can you migrate our data from our existing or legacy payroll software?
