Do you install biometric attendance machines across Mumbai?
Yes. From our Bhandup (West) office we install and support terminals across the Central suburbs from Mulund to Dadar, the Western suburbs from Borivali to Bandra, the Harbour line, South Mumbai business districts and Navi Mumbai and Thane.
We have several branches in Mumbai. Do we need a server at each one?
No. Each terminal is registered to its branch and sends logs over your LAN or internet connection to one device server, usually at head office. BhoomiHR syncs from that server, so head office sees every branch while each branch HR sees only its own scope.
Which biometric devices do you supply and install?
Fingerprint terminals such as the MB160, K30 Pro, X990 and K21 Pro, and face recognition terminals such as the AI-Face Mars and AI-Face Eris, all with RFID card support. They share one device-server software, so any of them connects to BhoomiHR the same way, and an existing terminal from the same family can usually be reused.
How do the punches get from the device into the software?
Devices on your LAN send logs to the device server; sites without a network can download logs over USB. BhoomiHR then syncs new punches on a schedule and whenever HR asks for a fresh download, and applies your attendance rules to each day.
Does it stop proxy or buddy punching?
Yes. A fingerprint or a face cannot be handed to a colleague, the face terminals reject photos, videos and masks, and every punch is stamped with the time and IN/OUT status. For staff whose fingerprints are worn, an RFID card can be issued on the same device.
What happens when an employee forgets to punch out?
The day is flagged as OUT punch missing instead of being silently marked absent. HR enters the missed punch or edits the day's code, and the correction is kept in the audit trail even if the month is recalculated.
Does the device work if the network or power goes down?
Punches are stored on the device itself, tens of thousands of them, and sync when the connection returns. A UPS or the optional battery backup keeps the terminal running through power cuts.
Can we use the attendance with the payroll we already have?
Yes. The attendance and muster registers export to Excel and PDF for any payroll. If you use BhoomiHR, paid days, loss-of-pay and approved overtime flow into the salary run directly.
